Relationships are the bonds and shared history we have with other people and animals. Our parents, our brother(s) and/or sister(s), our cousins and relatives, our class mates, our sports team mates, our work mates, our friends and our enemies. |
|
| |
Even if you have only met someone once, the shared experience and interaction constitutes a relationship, albeit one with little history. Similarly, you can know and interact with a person all your life and yet have more affection towards the stranger you just met than this person. |
|
| |
This is why relationships are so strange. We want to be liked, but often we hurt people. We want to be loved, but often we ignore the people who love us the most. |
